INTRODUCTION
In the twenty-first century, we have grown accustomed to expecting everything at our fingertips.
When I was growing up, I didn’t know people that had laptops or cell phones; if I wanted to talk
to someone, I picked up the phone and called them or sent them a letter through the postal service
. These days, that isn’t even an option anymore—most people use their smartphones as their primary
means of communication, so if you don’t have your phone with you (or are without service), you’re
out of luck.
A Short History Lesson
The twenty-first century has seen a rapid rise in technological advancements. With these
advancements comes the need for a new set of skills to properly utilize them. In the past,
most jobs required only basic literacy and numeracy skills. However, as technology continues
to evolve, so too must the skills of the workforce.
Technical Skills And Digital Literacy
As the world progresses, it's becoming more and more important to have a strong technical skill set.
Whether you're looking for a job or starting your own business, you need to be able to use computers
and other digital devices effectively. And with so much of our lives moving online, it's also important
to be literate in digital media.
Problem Solving Skills
As the world progresses, it's becoming more and more important to have a strong technical skill set.
Whether you're looking for a job or starting your own business, you need to be able to use computers
and other digital devices effectively. And with so much of our lives moving online, it's also important to be literate in digital media. A study by Google found that students who are taught both computer
science and basic coding show twice as much progress in math and reading than their peers who jus learned one subject. Students who learn computer science skills have higher rates of persistence to get through college than those without these skills, according to a University of Washington study.

Communication Skills
In the twenty-first century, communication skills are more important than ever. With the
advent of technology, we are now able to communicate with people all over the world
instantaneously. This means that we need to be able to communicate effectively in order
to be successful.
Leadership Qualities Skills
In the twenty-first century, leadership qualities are essential for success. The ability to motivate
and inspire others, as well as think creatively and outside the box, are key skills that will help
you stand out in the crowd. If you can learn to master these qualities, you'll be well on your way
to success.
Health Improvement Skills
There is no question that the skills needed to succeed in the twenty-first century are different
than those needed in previous centuries. With advances in technology and increases in global
competition, it is essential that today's students be prepared with the skills necessary to thrive
in the 21st century. We should take exercise daily to get from anxiety and stress.
